CustomerServiceCanada.ca is a employment service connecting customer service professionals with top Canadian and US brands to provide specific customer service tasks. CustomerServiceCanada.ca manages all employee contracts and all employees are responsible for following the client customer service program. Every contract requires employees to complete non-paid training for a small fee, refunded on the employees last pay check for said client customer service program. All training offered is condensed to a morning and evening class of approximately four hours per session, Typical training is between 9am - 1pm and 6pm - 11pm eastern time. Ongoing training and call monitoring are mandatory and each employee will be assigned a mentor for the duration of the client customer service contract.
